This branding project was developed in collaboration with Uniquos for their client Carely24, a 24-hour care consulting service. As a design partner, I was responsible for the development of the visual identity — from the initial strategic concept to the final brand system. Care consulting operates within a highly sensitive context. Clients are often navigating emotionally demanding situations and require reassurance, clarity, and reliability. The visual identity therefore needed to communicate trust, empathy, and professionalism while maintaining a modern and structured aesthetic suitable for both digital and print applications. Many brands in this sector tend to appear either overly clinical or visually generic. The objective was to create an identity that feels human and approachable without compromising professional credibility — balancing emotional warmth with clear structural guidance.

The name Carely24 is derived from the word “caring,” expressing empathy, attentiveness, and dedicated support. At the same time, the name carries a personal tone, fostering emotional connection and trust — essential qualities in the care consulting sector. The addition of “24” communicates the brand’s commitment to continuous availability, representing its 24-hour service and reinforcing reliability and ongoing support. The core visual concept centers on the integration of a heart within the letter “C.” Rather than introducing a separate icon or developing an abstract symbol, the emotional signifier is structurally embedded into the logotype itself. This approach ensures immediate semantic clarity while maintaining formal restraint. The heart form subtly reinforces the brand’s human-centered positioning without compromising clarity, balance, or legibility. Its controlled execution prevents the identity from appearing decorative or sentimental, which is particularly important in a sensitive professional context.
