Stella requested a letter-based logotype that would feel expressive and bold, while remaining closely connected to the symbolic meaning of salt. After exploring several typographic directions, Red Rock was selected for its strong, organic character, which resonated with the tone of the podcast. The letter “S” was subtly adjusted to improve cohesion within the wordmark, while the “T” naturally evokes the form of a cross, referencing the biblical inspiration behind the name. In parallel with the logotype, a series of illustrations was created to visually express the core values of the podcast. The illustrated figures represent women and non-binary individuals as powerful, confident, and self-determined. Shown together, they emphasize solidarity, collective strength, and mutual support — the idea that women are strongest when they stand together. Diversity plays a central role in the illustrations. Different bodies, identities, and expressions are intentionally represented, reflecting the podcast’s engagement with feminism, human rights, anti-racism, and intersectionality. Rather than idealized portraits, the figures communicate presence, confidence, and resilience. Together, the logotype and illustrations form a coherent visual identity that balances symbolic meaning with representation, giving the podcast a clear, powerful, and inclusive visual voice.
